LUSH Catastrophe Cosmetic Face Mask (£5.95) - Lush

Another Lush review for you guys tonight, and one of my very favourite products. I'm going to be honest, before this, I'd never used a face mask before (hides under my pillow) but using this baby, I'm a complete face mask convert. Catastrophe Cosmetic contains lots of lovely ingredients to help calm down down your skin quite quickly, including fresh blueberries, Irish moss gel and Almond Oil. Whilst the Irish Moss Gel works its magic to soften the skin, the Almond Oil will moisturise and the blueberries are packed full of vitamins and minerals, and you can't say no to them! This product is a pleasure to use in my opinion, it feels absolutely gorgeous on the skin, refreshing as soon as it hits the skin and feels like it's actually working. I saw an immediate difference when I washed this off, actually feeling like my skin did actually look calmer. It worked on my spots really quickly, bringing the redness down almost completely (and I had a corker of a spot that day!) If you are looking for a product that can be used regularly and will benefit any skin type, run to your local Lush and get this, you won't regret it.

    Great review! I love Lush products! :-)

    I've never used a face mask before either as I've always been nervous they wouldn't work/would make my spots look worse - but after reading your review I'm definitely going to Lush to get a face mask on Monday!

    My fave Lush face mask is either Cupcake or Mask of Magnaminty. I think Cupcake, although I want to eat it all of the time as it's chocolatey!

    This sounds really good - I never tried any face masks that aren't out of a cheapy little packet. Might have to give it a go! x

      I think you should, you get around 5 or 6 applications out of the tub and when you collect 5 tubs you can take it back for a free face mask :D x

    You look so cute with your face mask on :') I've got the five pots return to lush thing where you get a free face mask, and i was thinking this one or the chocolate-y one? So it's nice to hear such good things about this one :) xx

    I've only ever tried one LUSH face mask, but I love them! That one looks really good, this might sound stupid, but it does look like it smells nice :) xx
