I've been using Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster for a while now and I wanted to share my thoughts on it. I've not been on holiday for a while now (seriously, 4 years is WAY too long) and I needed a self tanner that was for the face as well. Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster is a self tanner that you mix with your own moisturiser and can tailored to how dark you want it. I usually pop one or two drops into my moisturiser and I'm good to go. The usual self tan smell is there, but isn't noticeable for me and it lasts for so long seeing as you only need one or two drops whenever you're feeling a tad pale. It suits all skin types and contains aloe vera to ensure the tan lasts as long as possible. 

In this bottle 15ml bottle, we're talking around 3 months usage if you're applying every night but if you fancy an understated holiday glow; I'd say use this every night for a few days (around 4 or 5 nights) and then keep topping up every 3 days or so. It all depends on the kind of glow you're going for but I'm sure this will slot into your beauty routine so easily. Clarins have also released Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster for the body making it even easier to get a streak free tan all year around.

I've had this sample size of Clarins Instant Eye Make-Up Remover for a while now but I've forgot I actually had it. Life of a beauty blogger, eh? Well, when I found it I made sure I was going to use it and I wanted to let you know what I thought of it. I have to admit, I usually just use micellar water to remove my eye make-up but I'm glad I've started using this. It's all very simple; shake the heck out of it, pop some on a cotton pad, hold onto your eye and sweep. It breaks down the toughest of eye make-up and mascara and makes it an absolute dream to use. I've used some eye make-up removers before and they are so oily! This, however, doesn't leave any residue at all. I really do love using this product and I'm definitely heading to the Clarins counter to re-purchase when this has finished.

Does anybody else go into Boots or Selfridges and get sucked into the buy 2 things and get a goody bag offer? Just me? Oh. Either way, when I popped to the Clarins counter in Selfridges Exchange Square I wanted to buy myself the Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner (review here) and the lovely lady on the counter told me that if you bought another product you would get a little goody bag so I thought it was the perfect excuse to get myself a new moisturiser which I badly needed as I was very close to finishing my then current one. I was steered towards the Clarins Daily Energizer Cream which I instantly took a liking to as the packaging is so lovely. Orange packaging is always an absolute dream so one check there for me. Clarins Daily Energizer Cream is for normal to dry skin and is a skin firming cream that leaves your complexion looking really healthy and toned. I've found for myself, during the summer months, I couldn't use this in the morning because I found it a little too heavy but now it's gotten a little colder, it sits so much better on my skin, making every single dry patch run away screaming. It's a stunning base for makeup leaving every single line (it scares me that I have to think of that now!) firmed up making my foundation glide on like a dream. An absolutely lovely consistency, I would definitely re-purchase this as my winter moisturiser.

Skincare is one of those things that if a trusted blogger loves it, I have to try it. I've left it quite a while before actually investing in the Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner but I do remember Kate from gh0stparties (skincare goddess anyone?) reviewing this and really liking it so I finally jumped in and purchased it. I've been using the brightening toner 2 or 3 times a week by just popping a small amount onto a cotton pad and sweeping across my face after cleansing and before any other bits I'm doing that evening. I leave it to dry naturally for a few minutes and just carry on with my routine, simple as that. Some people have documented a tingle after using this, bearing in mind that it does use fruit acids to prevent build up of dead skin cells and encourage cell renewal, but I've not really felt anything but a fresh and clean feeling afterwards. I can definitely see my skin looking and feeling clearer and smoother which is fantastic, especially with my sexy dry patches that pop up every once in a while. The only thing I would want to say is to make sure you use an SPF when using this as it can make skin more prone to burning, but c'mon guys, we should be using that SPF everyday!
