Favourite TV Shows*

Oh television, how you help me so. I've always been a TV and film girl, my mum always tells the story of me being able to use the TV and video before the age of 2; when Disney is involved a girls gotta go do a girls gotta do! I wanted to share with you my current favourite TV shows; from comedy to drama, I'm really not fussy when it comes to TV. I obviously have Netflix, and I find a lot of my TV on there, especially at the recommendation of lots of lovely bloggers. I've chosen five TV shows; Grey's Anatomy, Gilmore Girls, Once Upon a Time, The Big Bang Theory and Modern Family. Grey's Anatomy has been going for SO long now but I'm still as addicted now as I was then. I think I actually started Grey's Anatomy part way through and had to buy the first few seasons on DVD (oh the times before Netflix) to catch up. The addiction began, especially with McSteamy, sorry McDreamy, you got nothing on Sloan. Now, the next two shows are blogger favourites; Gilmore Girls and Once Upon a Time. I'm actually watching Gilmore Girls as I'm writing this and I don't think I will ever get bored of Lorelei and Rory and their amazing small town life. I swear, who didn't want to be Rory; her life was spectatcular at Yale and Chilton, and was friends with Paris. Need I say more? Once Upon a Time is the reason I signed up to Netflix and I am so happy I took the plunge. Once Upon a Time is a reworking of the original fairy tales and it's genuinely beautiful in every single way. I love the small additions they've added and I hope it continues for so much longer. Now for comedy; The Big Bang Theory is a favourite for so many people now and has been commisioned for another 2 seasons, yesssss! I love following the lives in this series and how they have evolved with the help of each other. It's hilarious and relatable, just like my next comedy, Modern Family. Having won so many awards, I gave this comedy a go and I've not looked back since. So different from anything else, this relatable family comedy has something for everyone and if you haven't given it a go, you definitely have to!

Now, we've all heard of HD TVs, now there is a new baby on the block; 4K TV. Panasonic and Viera TV have created some amazing TVs to watch all your favourite shows on. Can you imagine how good Storybooke, Maine would look in 4K TV?! Now, that'd be a pretty town.
