Selfridges Destination Christmas Event

Prepare yourselves for a very picture ridden post here guys, but I'm very sure you'll find yourselves swooning just like I did. Last week I was kindly invited to Selfridges in the Trafford Centre for their #destinationchristmas event which I gladly attended, like seriously, who wouldn't want to go and play with all the shiny, pretty, Christmassy things?!

First stop was to the Nutella stand, of course! For £4.99 you can type any name into an iPad on the desk and have the jar personalised for yourself or your loved ones. I saw these around last year and desperately wanted one and I was lucky enough to walk away from Selfridges with 'Anastasia' emblazoned on my jar. We all have a love for Nutella, and I'm no different. My face resembled a small child at Christmas, funnily enough.

Hampers are always a stunning Christmas gift and Selfridges have it completely covered; prices range from £45 to £1000 so you know, if you're feeling flush, I'm right here. I loved the look of the A Taste of Selfridges gift box which contains a tea towel, Selfridges illustrated mug, English Breakfast tea bags, salted caramel milk chocolate biscuits and shortbread biscuits. Perfect for Christmas!

Now to my favourite bit; Bobbi Brown showed us this gorgeous gift set that is exclusive to Selfridges that contained the most lovely collection of lip colours. The lip colours are the new Luxe Lip Color range and I am SO excited to give these a try. They are released this month so I would definitely give them a go; they are uber moisturising and so pigmented. The next set is a Kiehl's one that is wonderfully colourful; illustrated in a 60's style, it's very pretty!

Now time for the accessories! We all know and love the brands at Selfridges and the Christmas exclusives are absolutely stunning. My favourite has to be the DKNY purse, very closely followed by the Givenchy bag. I don't own anything along these lines but I understand the workmanship involved. The Givenchy bag was stunningly made and I can understand why they are sought after. The star is glow in dark and these details just make them amazing gifts. 

The whole event was amazing and I had an absolutely lovely morning; I am truly in the mood for Christmas now! Thank you so much guys, a great event!
