The Fast Diet Kitchen: The Final Review*
A couple of weeks ago, I posted my first impressions of The Fast Diet Kitchen that the lovely ladies of Ideal World TV kindly sent to me! You can read the review here, before you dive into this one if you so wish. I wanted to give you guys a final review of the system and exactly what I thought of the dishes and if I would spend my hard earned money on it.
First up, a little about all the dishes I was sent to try. The system was all about staying under 500 calories, 2 days a week, and I truly believe that systems like the The Fast Diet Kitchen really does make life so much easier. They contain all the nutrients you need over the day, but with the calorie content you can follow. You pick a soup and a meal to get you through the day and I would say my favourite soup was definitely the Garden Pea & Smoked Ham Soup. The colour was amazing, just like you'd made it yourself at home, and it was only 213 calories. The only thing I could say is make sure you have some seasoning with you because the dishes definitely needed some seasoning before getting tucked into!
My favourite meal had to definitely be Spicy Vegetable Couscous! I adore vegetable dishes, I'm not a vegetarian but I could definitely become vegetarian in a heart beat because sometimes, you just don't need meat to make a dish. The Spicy Vegetable Couscous is only 163 calories and was full of flavour; keeping me full for hours! It was full of chickpeas and giant couscous and it's these carb filled little bits that keep you full, just what you want so you don't jump into a pile of chocolate after dinner!
Now, let's talk about cost, which is always a major factor in these things. You'd be glad to know that I would actually spend my money on this system! It's genuinely quick and easy and the best thing is that only thought you have to put into those days is which pouches you fancy that day. You can buy The Fast Diet Kitchen from Ideal World TV all online and for a 4 week hamper (that's 16 meals) it is currently only £36! There are two options, meat and vegetable, so everybody has a complete chance to do something great for their health.
Would you give The Fast Diet Kitchen a go?
I actually expected the meals to cost a whole lot more, they sound delicious too!
