Bourjois blush in 33 - Golden Lilac (£7.49) - Boots

Recently, I popped into Boots for a new foundation and a lipstick and seeing as it's the lovely 3 for 2 offer at the moment, I thought I'd pick up something else, it would be rude obviously. Nothing really caught my eye but I thought I'd give Bourjois a good go as I've never tried anything from that brand. I've currently got a love affair going on with blushes and this one immediately caught my eye. As soon as I swatched it, it reminded me of swatches of a certain NARS blush that keeps floating about. It's a lovely medium pinky rose colour with flecks of gold shimmer running through it. When on the face, the shimmer is just right and the product is very easily build-able. This does come with a brush, but I have to say, it isn't very good, so I use my own brush. The packaging also seems rather sweet to me, but does feel like it's going to break if I drop this so I will be keeping it in safe hands.

    I used to only wear Bourjois blusher. I love the colour of them. I haven't used this particular colour, the one I've tried is a bit more rose coloured. It had gold flickers through it too. :)

    love the pigmentation of these, it's just hard to get on the brush, I find. xx

    I've wanted to pick up Bourjois' blusher in Amber D'Or for a while but had the same worries about the packaging! I'm so clumsy, I'd be scared of ruining it haha x
