Seascape Island Apothecary Sleep Oil* (£10) - Seascape

When the lovely Sophie from Aqua PR emailed me and asked if I would like to try out Seascape Island Apothecary's Sleep Oil and seeing as I was having trouble sleeping, it seemed perfect. Now, a lot of you know, I work in retail which means a lot of different shifts, and now, because I do admin, I do A LOT of early mornings. Getting up at 5.30am most mornings takes it out of you and I was having trouble sleeping because of it. Made with 100% natural essential oils, the lavender scented oil induces calmness and helps encourage a peaceful night sleep. Now, a few years ago, I would have loathed this product, but lavender is starting to grow on me. It says to apply to your pillows, sheets and pulse points (on adults only) and it should do its work. Now, I found the scent disappeared quite quickly on my pulse points, but stuck around until I actually fell asleep on my pillows and duvet. If you're like me, I have a part of my duvet that I hold quite close to my face so I popped it on that specific bit, it worked a dream. When I do use this, it helps me sleep deeply and without any freaky dreams. I do think £10 is a little steep for a roller ball when you could probably find something similar for less, but it has really helped for myself!

Do you use anything to help you sleep?
