Best of Britain: Chester

One of favourite things to do is to jump on a train and go and have a look at different places of England and one of my favourite places is definitely Chester. I don't know if you lovely readers know this, but I am a big fat history nerd. Roman and Tudor being my favourite periods, and Chester has an abundance of both. Now, I've been to Chester a few times, but my dad hadn't at all and me and the other half decided it was his time. We took him to the Roman Amphitheatre, Roman Gardens, Grosvenor Museum and we walked the walls around the historic part of the city. I can never get enough of this city, and I don't think I ever will. If you have never been, and you're there on a lovely day like yesterday then I urge you to walk the walls. You see the entire city, the River Dee and the Cathedral
