Recently, I was contacted by Vitamins Direct to see if I wanted to review an item with them. Now, I don't know if you know this but I am a BIG advocate for vitamins. We live such heavy and full lives that we'd never get the right amount of vitamins and nutrients our bodies need from general day to day life. This is where taking a vitamin a day will work wonders. When this popped on my doorstop, I was so happy, my nails were in such a state and they needed a little a lot of help! By George, they definitely gave me an oomph I needed. You're recommended to take one tablet a day with water, so you have at least a months supply in the bottle which for the money is a decent supply. All in all, I've found that my nails are much stronger, and my hair is much happier. I didn't see much of a difference in my hair growth but to be honest, my hair grows really well anyway! Just a few points of interest for you guys, don't be afraid of the colour of your wee, it will be an incredible shade of neon (that's okay, that trend is in a the minute!) and the tablets do have a strong smell going on but nothing to make you go 'WOAH WHAT IS THAT?!' I think the best thing I've found with taking these vitamins is that my hair doesn't get as greasy as quickly anymore. I only need to wash my hair twice a week instead of the four it was. In the end, I'm glad I gave these a go, even if it was just for the less greasy hair!
